I got this beauty done at Babylon Tattoo in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida by Melissa Rivera. She’s a total doll and I feel so honored to have my first tattoo done by such a great artist.
My nails have been breaking left and right, they are not photogenic at all right now… hiatus until regrowth is necessary. Nails are in a sad state, *sadface*
Saturday Mani, nude sparkly.
As my base, OPI Bubble Bath, two thicker coats. Let it set slightly then added a light coat of China Glaze Graffiti Glitter. Love the Kelly Green and black multi-sized hex glitters.
Two coats of Seche Vite (the bar glitter likes to peel off and stick upright, ruining any mani. I am not a fan of bar glitter) I then matted the ring fingers, love the matte look.
Manglaze Mayo with a light coat of China Glaze Glitz n’ Pieces. It’s a newer collection of multiszied hexagonal glitter and bar glitter. They come in several different colors, check them out. Ring finger is Savina Polish’s Hearts. Top coated everything with Essie’s matte about you. I love to matte glitter.
Obsessed. I recently acquired two more shades in the Color Club Holo Hues Collection.
This is Cosmic Fate. A neutral peachy, coppery linear holo that is just beautiful. It applied opaque in one coat (I put on two just for posterity) and applied some SV to protect the sheen.
It is nothing short of gorgeous.
Monochrome Holo French Mani.
What a fabulous wedding mani. OPI Bubble Bath with Color Club Holo Cherubic as the tip accent! Subtle, pretty, but still sparkly —which I LOVE. I find it tough to use glitter on the tips, they look lovely, but with even the best base coat, still tend to flake off, especially if your nails are long.
I’m sort of in love with this twist on a classic French. Two coats of Bubble bath, a coat of Seche Vite. Since SV dries within minutes, it was quick to tape off and apply the Cherubic. Understated and classy.

Absolutely love it, and going to fill the whole back with Kawasaki artpieces…:) to be continued in 2013 :)
Oh My. This is probably one of the most beautiful tattoos I’ve seen.
